Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit capacity
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for post-quantum security
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Develop error correction algorithms achieving <0.1% logical error rates
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industry applications
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford research on quantum supremacy milestones
- Drive quantum cloud platform development for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or supercomputing design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Certification in quantum machine learning frameworks
