Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-forward technology roadmaps in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions with 3+ year market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Pioneer ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development methodologies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market disruption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, or fusion energy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing >$10M in government/private R&D funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
