Responsibilities
- Architect breakthrough solutions for 2026+ technological landscapes (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen hardware/software systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring societal alignment
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants through visionary research proposals
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-ready tech ecosystems
- Present breakthroughs at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Founders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 5+ years in R&D with 3+ patents in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (NSF, DARPA, NIH)
