Responsibilities

- Strategize carbon-negative tech implementation roadmaps
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Materials Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing or neuromorphic research
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or biotech
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulators
- Expertise in ISO 27001 and NIST 800-53 compliance
- Experience with NASA/DOE tech transfer programs
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global collaboration)
