Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Quantum-ready architectures.
- Architectural Vision: Design scalable, resilient systems that can handle next-generation workloads and data complexities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product management.
- Pilot Programs: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong focus on AI/ML integration.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through complex projects and rapid pivots.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
