Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends.
- Architect high-performance, scalable software solutions using cutting-edge frameworks and AI models.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proven experience designing scalable cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
