Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends that will define the year 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development projects focused on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and sustainable tech stacks.
- Strategic Architecture: Design scalable, future-proof system architectures that can integrate with next-generation hardware and software ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams capable of navigating the complexities of emerging tech.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks and implement mitigation strategies for future infrastructure changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate future trends into actionable product strategies.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Quantum computing principles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Innovation: A passion for exploring cutting-edge technologies and a portfolio of thought leadership in emerging tech.
