Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation artificial intelligence models and neural architectures.
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in the AI space and evaluate their applicability to our business.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, scalable products to market.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
