Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for enterprise-grade applications aimed at the 2026 market.
- Lead the technology stack selection, focusing on emerging frameworks, AI integration, and quantum-ready protocols.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for futuristic technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Decentralized Systems).
- Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic vision into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure code quality, security compliance, and performance optimization across all projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend strategic pivots and technological upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or lead architect role.
- Deep expertise in modern languages (Python, Rust, Go) and frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML integration and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
