Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems aligned with the 2026 technology horizon.
- Drive the integration of AI-driven automation and machine learning models into core business workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical standards for next-gen applications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, advanced Web3 protocols) and assess their viability for 2026 deployment.
- Mentor engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in strategic planning and translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
