Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for Project 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling future growth.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts in emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) relevant to 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate abstract concepts into tangible technical solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Cost Optimization: Manage technical budgets and ensure infrastructure efficiency to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of driving innovation and leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term scalability and reliability.
