Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture optimized for the demands of the 2026 tech landscape.
- Lead Innovation Roadmaps: Define technical strategies for AI integration, edge computing, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and maximize throughput in high-volume data processing environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish code quality standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architecture or engineering lead role.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Integration: Experience integrating Machine Learning models into production systems and handling large-scale data pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, legacy systems and modernize them efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
