Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum-secure infrastructure and AGI integration
- Lead blue-sky innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies in biocomputing and synthetic data
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 100 clients on 2026 tech adoption curves
- Manage $10M annual R&D portfolio for experimental tech incubation
- Author thought leadership for Nature Futures and IEEE journals
- Chair the company's Ethics in AI advisory board
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry breakthrough
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on tech transformation
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 granted AI/blockchain patents
