Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption success
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, IoT, or quantum computing implementation at scale
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products or services
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
