Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Manage innovation lab budgets and vendor partnerships for pilot programs
- Publish thought leadership pieces on future tech trends and their societal impacts
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
