Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and assess commercial viability for enterprise adoption
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Present strategic blueprints to Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring tech adoption and ROI for futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging tech R&D with proven productization success
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing >$25M in innovation grants or corporate partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies scaled from concept to market
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
