Responsibilities

- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to pilot next-gen human-machine interfaces

- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 15+ novel technology filings annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI/biotech convergence
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent with published research in Nature/Science
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) and AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Expertise in climate-resilient infrastructure modeling (Resilience.io, C40 Cities)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international partnership development
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain TS/SCI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies commercialized at scale
