Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ years in future forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with publication record
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling innovations from lab to market
- Certified in Tech Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder alignment
