Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams to 50+ members
- Expertise in climate-tech integration and sustainable innovation
- Experience securing federal grants for future-tech initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in Tech Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
