Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods to prototype and scale emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, metaverse)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and competitive threats
- Develop future-proof business models and monetization strategies for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for multi-year initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption impact
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech pioneers, research institutions, and venture capital
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing applications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder influence
