Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present tech strategies to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven insights
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-departmental collaboration

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure specialty)
