- Published thought leadership in IEEE/MIT Technology Review or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Gartner Hype Cycle, TechScape)
