Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market readiness for commercialization
- Create patent-worthy solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation pipeline
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
