Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for tech adoption in sustainable infrastructure sectors
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Drive ethical AI integration and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least 2 disruptive tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech infrastructure
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience securing $10M+ in research grants or partnerships
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
