Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core product offerings
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for responsible innovation and deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
