Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities
- Present executive briefings on technological disruption impacts and mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to accelerate proof-of-concept development
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future technology readiness and ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and tech trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning, product development, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through technology transitions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (blog, white papers, conferences)
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies in tech innovation contexts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
