Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD candidates through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Represent Horizon Visionaries at Davos, World Economic Forums, and global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in research funding
- Expertise in AI alignment, climate modeling, or neurotech integration
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis) and predictive analytics
- Keynote experience at 3+ global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
