Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Certification in strategic management (e.g., CSCP, PMP) or technology foresight
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Japanese for global partnerships
