Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 infrastructure
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory shifts and global tech disruptions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with 3+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or blockchain architecture
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
