Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web4.0) with 5-year implementation horizons
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine augmentation systems
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile adoption of future-ready technologies
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech integration
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI forecasting
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
