Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum solutions
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (Gartner Hype Cycle expertise)
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in agile environments
- MS/MBA in relevant field with PhD preferred
