- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives bridging hardware, software, and human-centric design
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and market inflection points
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget for future-focused projects
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, Davos) to position Nexus as thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
