Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into executable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal thought leadership and trend briefings
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, biotech, spatial computing)
- Proven experience translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
