Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry conferences
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption across global markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-first technology products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
