Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and industry evolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption
- Drive cultural transformation to foster organization-wide innovation mindset
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating insights into strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives or transformation programs
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresighting (e.g., from WFS or APF)
