- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists in prototype development
- Anticipate regulatory shifts in autonomous systems and AI governance through policy analysis
- Design human-centered frameworks for emerging tech adoption across healthcare and energy sectors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record of leading large-scale R&D initiatives ($10M+ budgets)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US NIST frameworks, and global tech ethics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
