Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruptor assessments in global tech markets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with data-driven storytelling
