Qualifications

- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and AR/VR
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups
- Certified in Strategic Technology Planning (CTSP)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with EU AI Act and FCC regulations
