Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for AI-driven autonomous systems and human-computer interfaces
- Lead cross-functional think tanks exploring quantum cryptography applications and synthetic biology breakthroughs
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop patentable frameworks for neural-quantum hybrid computing architectures
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Curate annual 'FutureProof' summit featuring industry pioneers and academic researchers
- Oversee development of predictive market simulations using generative AI models
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Neuroscience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 tech or biotech firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology impact assessments
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies with blockchain implementation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of commercializing at least two patented innovations
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for neurotech and AI ethics
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
