Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate future-ready solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, generative AI, or neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executives and technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
