Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological paradigm shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology vision to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Drive innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in IoT and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Expertise in scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, Forbes, etc.)
- Experience with blockchain, AR/VR, and autonomous systems integration
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) or equivalent
