Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and distributed computing architectures.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, AGI pathways) and integrate them into our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large language models and reinforcement learning agents to maximize inference efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior engineers and data scientists through complex technical challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and legal teams to ensure AI solutions align with safety protocols and business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish rigorous A/B testing and performance monitoring frameworks for all deployed AI agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging tech trends such as Edge AI, Federated Learning, or LLM fine-tuning.
