Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and emerging biotech integrations
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market trends
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for innovation sourcing
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
