Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech trends for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Deep understanding of technology convergence and paradigm shifts
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
