Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems and next-gen biotech interfaces
- Identify emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, quantum internet) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with venture capital arms to secure $50M+ in funding for future-tech ventures
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in quantum-resistant cryptography
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Track record of scaling startups from concept to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of carbon-negative tech implementation methodologies
- Previous experience with DARPA/IARPA technology incubation programs
