Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or biotech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
