Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-interfaces, neuromorphic computing)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA-level projects preferred
