- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term growth initiatives
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring technology adoption and ROI for future-focused projects
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-generation technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented technologies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, Web3, advanced robotics, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
