Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions in simulated real-world environments
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system regulation
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis, academic research, and startup scouting
- Develop KPIs measuring technology's societal impact beyond traditional business metrics
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with focus on carbon-negative tech solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks governing autonomous systems and generative AI
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) or AI Governance frameworks
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across 3+ continents
