Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory shifts
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-integrated systems, decentralized AI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future tech opportunities
- Author white papers and industry reports positioning our thought leadership
- Manage vendor relationships for cutting-edge R&D partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
